Copper Aluminum Copper Clad Plates Delivered Successfully for Electrical Equipment Project
On June 14, 2025, Baoji City ShenAo Metal Materials Co., Ltd. successfully completed the delivery of a batch of copper aluminum copper transition blocks to a renowned electrical equipment manufacturer in China. The clad plates will be used in high-current conduction modules and received excellent feedback from the client regarding conductivity and mechanical performance.
Our delivered copper aluminum copper transition blocks are manufactured using a high-strength explosive welding and rolling process, ensuring seamless bonding and low contact resistance across metal interfaces. This three-layer metal composite structure is specifically engineered for high-current, high-reliability environments such as power busbars, battery tabs, and inverter components.
The customer conducted rigorous testing on contact resistance, thermal conductivity, and mechanical stability under high load and elevated temperature conditions. The results showed that Baoji ShenAo clad plates remained firmly bonded and performed consistently under stress, meeting the strict standards for critical electrical transmission components.
